It was clean and very professional staff

Everything was great

Stayed for a work trip. One of the better options if you’re staying in this area

Great Stay no matter location or state!!

Everything was pretty decent. Just a little issue with the air, but the staff got everything fixed.

The front desk ladies were nice and friendly help you whenever you need something

No breakfast. Need to have something out.

We checked in and the lady was awesome. Our room was on the fourth floor and the elevator functioned perfectly. The room itself was clean and very spacious. The reason why I am giving the hotel this rating is based on the facts that the pool was closed and that was the main reason why we booked the room when we did, and even worse was the fact that in that nice looking bathroom with the amazing shower there was absolutely no hot water. When I told the lady who checked us in about it she simply stated that I needed to let the water run for longer. I am not an idiot nor and I simple minded. I let the water run for a full 45 minutes give or take. Also the handle to the shower pulled off in my hands. If it were not for those two things this place would have five stars. Those two items though are big ticket items. I would not stay here again and really wish I could be refunded some of the cost of my families and my stay.

Nice clean room

The room above me, sounds like someone was running a marathon late night. Other than that it was great
