Dinky little place. Clean. Nothing else to report, except the bright light that shown through the curtains. Oh, and the crazy woman screaming like she was being murdered that kept us awake for an hour ('till police/ambulance showed) - drugs or alcohol were involved.

Beds were quite clean and i slept well. No frills, but it was the right price.

Property was close to everything. Big beautiful bath tub with more than enough hot water… Clean, affordable and lovely staff!

It was a nice and clean area

The receptionist at the front was possibly the only nice thing about this place. The rooms are very outdated and do not believe the pictures you see online they are definitely AI as I can tell you first hand they DO NOT look like that ! I booked this place for a stay during my sons basketball tournament I went into the room it had a pretty funky smell to it when we walked in and the walls have torn wallpaper and dirt on the AC I went to open the fridge and had to close it immediately the smell that came from it was soooo bad I went to the front desk to say something and she did offer me another room but it was not any better the beds were sunken in and again the smell I asked for my deposit back which she did give back because it was cash but I will not be booking at this place again

6267 Persepolis Inn is a motel. Simple as that. It has not been updated in many years, but it is clean and usable. The rooms are a comfortable size, but the bathrooms are very small. The shower has maybe 30" x 30" but it did have plenty of hot water. There was a mini fridge and a hair drier (which did not work). The heart shaped tub in the center of the room was a nice touch and the tub fill was pretty quick which was very nice. The power for the tub was in an outdoor rated box on the side of the tub which made it kind of scary to try and turn on or off. In the morning I went to the office to get a working hairdryer. She called a staff member and told them to come to the office and after a few minutes she got me a working unit. It appeared they had a small breakfast area, but it was packed with people and I chose not to try and squeeze in. Overall the stay was acceptable, but certainly not fancy. The price was about half of that of the strip hotels so you get what you pay for. I doubt that I would stay there if I came back, and certainly wouldn't if I was staying for more than one night. But for a quick overnight trip to the Falls and close proximity to the Clifton Hill area and the casinos, it's not a bad deal. And there is a McDonalds and Burger King within walking distance and a dollar store across the street.

Cheap and not too bad

Perfect place to crash for a night
