My daughter and I enjoyed a memorable stay here at the Hyatt. All staff, from Bellhop to Reception, were professional and courteous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The room (Riverview) was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The view out across the River Yarra, Arts center, and MCG was amazing, especially so at night.
A thoroughly enjoyable stay; thank you Hyatt. We will return.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay at the Grand Hyatt. The room was great and we enjoyed some truly fantastic views of the Melbourne CBD.
The only real drawback was the soundproofing. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear just about everything your neighbours are doing, from walking around to going to the toilet and taking showers.
Overall, it is a lovely hotel, but it is worth noting if you are a light sleeper.
