A super hotel very close to the bund. The breakfast was really special and the afternoon tea equally so.

AMAZING HOTEL!!! Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The room was spacious/comfy, the staff and concierge were so nice, the food was delicious, and the hotel was so conveniently close to a lot of places. 10/10 would highly recommend staying here!

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were attentive and spoke excellent English. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the Bund. Breakfast was an excellent buffet. Jude, the concierge, was extremely helpful in making us a dinner river cruise reservation, even traveling with us to the site of debarkation to assure we made it onto the boat. The hotel provided 6 bottles of water to us per day. An excellent experience overall at a very reasonable price!

Excellent property. Great location. Very helpful staff. Very clean and amazing toilet. All depending on sensors.

A wonderful experience.

Gorgeous building, interior designs and hotel rooms. Much much nicer than expected. Wonderful stay, helpful and meticulous staff. Would definitely come back in the future.

Sensational Bar and great location in The Bund. Jimmy the concierge provided great food and experience recommendations

The hotel is a beautiful property but our room was not cleaned properly - crumbs were left by previous guests and were still there when we left after 2 nights (with maid services during our stay!). The temperature control for the shower also did not work well. The gym was small but clean. Breakfast buffer was a bit disappointing in terms of variety and quality.
