This place was a huge disappointment. It started off at check-in when the gentleman at the front desk informed me I would have to pay 15 JD extra a day because I had a guest checking in with me. He told me that there was only one person supposed to be on the reservation and if I want gas that's going to stay over 15 minutes. I need to pay 15 JD a day. I told him it was Ludacris because in their their policies on Expedia it clearly states the base rate is for two guests. and it doesn't say anything about not being allowed to have guests come to your room for more than 15 minutes. I've both many hotels through Expedia through the years all over the world including Jordan in previous years and this is the first time I encountered anything like this. I reluctantly paid the absurd up charge of 15 JD everyday for the 12 days I stayed there just to lay down because I just traveled 28 hours to get there. When we went up to the room. They put us a standard room even though I paid for a suite. They charged me more and put me in a cheaper room and when I asked them why they said because the suites only have one king size bed and I need two beds. But eventually I got to suite I paid for. I tried contacting Expedia but they were absolutely no help in resolving the situation. On the plus side I had no problem waking up for breakfast because the construction workers started there banging at 7:00 every morning. Would not recommend this hotel if you are trying to get a good night's sleep

Great boutique hotel. The pub is awesome. The outdoor bar is super chill. The staff was great and always eager to help.
