Beautiful clean and modern room. Very comfortable. Excellent reception staff and bar staff.
Always enjoy our time in a Crowne Plaza hotel wherever we stay.
Highly recommend Crowne Plaza Verona as it is only a short drive into the city and the hotel provide a shuttle bus.
Also only a 20 minute taxi from the airport.

When one goes to 4 star hotel and pay 150 euro, he expect to have warm water in the shower.
There was not!

Great hotel but the pool was not heated, the steam shower was not working, another hot/cold shower was working. Would've given it all 5 stars otherwise. Room service & bar service was spot on perfect!

This place is wonderful!!! Rooftop seating area is awesome and the staff is top notch.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I definitely want to give this one 5+ stars. I left my very good jewelry out and Cleaning came in and cleaned the room and left everything right where it was. It’s an extremely safe hotel.
