Dejaban las habitaciones muy limpias y personal muy amable en la recepción

Exceptional Stay at the Bentley Hotel! If you’re visiting Miami Beach, this is the place to stay! The location is absolutely unbeatable, placing you right where you want to be. The amenities made our trip so comfortable and enjoyable, but what truly set the Bentley apart was the outstanding staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. A truly fantastic stay—10/10 recommend!

Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Beach directly across the street. Quick access into downtown.

The stay was wonderful. The room and building were clean and comfortable. I stayed here 25 years ago and was so pleased with the Bentley again so many years later.

Overall room and hotel cleanliness was poor. Room was not well kept and was also next to a maintenance corridor so had to listen to employees come and go slamming the door all night. At about 4:30am I had someone banging on my door and trying to get in. Presumably someone intoxicated and at the wrong room. Lastly upon check in they offered to call a taxi should we want to go anywhere so a few hours later we took them up on their offer to make a 9:15 dinner reservation. They said it would be just a few min before the driver arrived and 20 min later still nothing. I questioned the front desk lady and she was incredibly rude and almost offended I asked about the ETA of the driver. Won’t stay here again.

It was as described

The hotel was great the room felt like an apartment the staff was great, especially Reinaldo he helped us with are bags and was really friendly to us, the manager was great and really friendly, overall it was great and I would stay there again.

The Bentley exceeded our expectations! We would gladly return to and/or recommend this destination.

Everything was great !!

We were there during the soccer event. It was quite busy and the manager and staff did their best to resolve the parking issues. The location was excellent, and the breakfast was above average. A very efficient staff!
