不錯單獨出遊
Despite requesting it twice the housekeeping didn’t refill the toiletries ( no shower gel) during the 3 night stay (or the coffee etc)
Floor was not vacuumed in the room.
Reception staff were helpful and positive but seems information was not getting to house keeping . Location good and restaurant staff friendly - great food. Good location but felt halls/ doors/ room etc could have been better maintained.

Brought my daughter to study at Groningen, she’s staying for the year at the social Hub. The hotel is Fantastic, clean and the staff are polite and can’t do enough for you. My daughter feels safe and is very happy to have chosen to stay here. Customer satisfaction is their major priority, well done to them all and keep up the good work.
