Beautiful property, friendly, attentive staff, great amenities. Loads of kids (we should have researched better and stayed at HeartSong)

Loved staying here. So convenient & the shuttle to and from the parks were super helpful with our family and the wide age ranges. Beautiful rooms, landscaping and I can’t wait to go back!

This hotel was so nice and convenient after a tiring day at Dollywood. The pool was nice and their pantry restaurant was open until 11pm.

Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The entire property is spotless, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches that make the stay feel special. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after long days at the parks. The complimentary shuttle and TimeSaver access were huge perks and made our Dollywood experience so much smoother. The resort itself is peaceful, family‑friendly, and incredibly well‑run — you can tell the team takes pride in creating a warm, Southern‑hospitality atmosphere. We especially loved the pool area, the cozy lobby spaces, and the convenience of having great dining options on-site. Everything felt easy, relaxing, and elevated. If you’re visiting Dollywood, staying at DreamMore isn’t just convenient — it truly enhances the entire trip. Highly recommend.

My 11 &13 YO grandsons & I (69 YO gmother)stayed in one of the 5th floor king + bunk bed rooms. I appreciated the size of the room & the somewhat bigger, separate toilet & shower areas. (There were hooks everywhere to hang all the wet gear we amassed from theme park & two water parks.) My g sons & I didn't care for the softer mattresses & sleeping bag-like sheets on the bunks, but the idea & layout of the bunks was good. This would be great for average under 10 year old kids. Though we didn't use it, the pool & surrounding grounds were gorgeous. The game room added an appreciated 15 minute distraction. Bring your plastic $. The thing we splurged on was the breakfast buffet. Pricey, but we LOVED it. We fueled up, up, up in the mornings on a great mix of healthy and sinful options and thus didn't need to buy the less healthy stuff at the theme & waterparks. Restaurant was quiet & seating was spacious. Parking was convenient & easy. Drive into the resort was beautifully maintained. Decently priced gas across the way. You can totally avoid the overly busy main drag.Grandsons got a kick out of seeing one of Dolly's tour busses parked on the grounds. There were tasteful, live solo performers in the lobby each night. Take advantage of the shuttles to Wood and to Splash! The complimentary pass had limited use, but we used it exclusively on Big Bear Mountain. Yep, thanks to the pass, we rode it 5 times in a row. Great stay. Super friendly staff! Treat yourself and someone you love.

Resort is beautiful. Perks for staying here are wonderful. Staff were great. Check in was a breeze. Room had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again
