Nice room, spacious and big bed. Some scuffs and general wear and tear. Bathroom not the cleanest with limescale and a sink that didn’t properly drain.

We had a lovely, all beit brief stay at Singita Classy. Staff were super helpful and our room was lovely. We only had half of our luggage as singapore Airlines had lost husbands case. Singita Classy agreed to be a contact and base for the airport to leave our bag with them if found as wr were going on a 3 day halong bay cruise and would be contactble to receive delivery. . What a kind thing to do for us. The transport from airport was an added bonus too! Really central location. Would definitely stay again

Staff were helpful. Other reviews that showed mold and flooring in poor condition were accurate. But sandles were provided and the price still offered good value. Location was right in the middle of everything a person would want to do in Hanoi.

Kind of funky, friendly hotel in a good location. The breakfast & rooftop breakfast spot were a highlight & all of the hotel staff were friendly & helpful. The bed was clean & comfortable, but the room itself was kind of small & warn out & the shower had a fair amount of mould.

The staff was lovely helpful and polite, the room was clean. However it is in desperate need of updating and fresh paint due to stainage in toilet and very marked up walls. Some plug sockets not working, balcony door didnt fully shut and quite abit of mould in bathroom. Location was great everything in walking distance and like previously state staff was amazing.

It’s great! Friendly staffs, and helpful, everything’s good, except one little thing was the room stayed next to a elevator, so, every time people used it, I could hear it, some other guests also slammed their doors really hard, very loud. Other than that. It’s good.
