A most basic hotel experience. Adequately clean. Free on-site parking and location are a huge plus. Helpful office staff. Primitive but serviceable kitchen setup.

Every is good

Kitchenette was great! Microwave, mini but not too mini fridge, big sink with counter and 4 cup coffee maker. Stayed 6 nights and was just across the street from the beach. Staff was amazing and helpful! Clean pool and plenty of deck area to hang out and relax at the end of the day. It's a little dated/older but Clean. Overall great experience

Very small and old. Not much to it.

This is an older motel but felt very safe and clean. Parking was not an issue and was onsite.

Have visited many many times over the last 20 years or so….its like staying with old friends. It’s close to the famous Haulover Beach, closer to the many shops and restaurants in Surfside, as well as close to the shops and restaurants on and just off Collins in the vicinity of 65th to 75th streets.

It was a very nice stay and we will be back again next travel.Best Hostess!

The place was nice they made everything very convenient for myself and family, traveling with a small infant child isn’t easy but they made it run smoothly when they offered us a crib for him to sleep in the staff was respectful and nice,Maria especially she went above and beyond to make sure we had fresh towels and extra toiletries we will be booking here again in the near future

This is an older property, but they're making reasonable efforts to keep it up. The rooms are clean, even if the carpet is a bit old. All the staff is great, even though most of the housekeepers claim to speak no English. Communication can always be an issue in Miami if you don't speak Spanish at least a little. The location is great. Right between the major north south bus lines, so you can get anywhere pretty easily. I bought a 1 week bus pass that got me from the airport to the hotel, from Aventura mall to South Beach many times & back to the airport again for $29. The hotel is right between the bus stops, so it's super convenient. The pool is clean & pool deck & chairs great. I spent some time tanning in next to nothing several days! The beach is literally across the street, but it's probably 1000 feet. A small grassy lot, a nice park, then the beach. No shopping super close, but just a few blocks north or south you can find good eats, groceries & shops. I've been back 4 times now & probably will be back again next year for my birthday!
