Best overnight hotel in the area

We are cyclists from Australia and travelling the world now for 5 years. Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were amazing and accommodating. We were able to safely store our two bicycles which was important to us. The pool and spa was great, had a lovely massage. The gym had everything we needed. Great breakfast and close to restaurants for evening meals.

Clean, good sized room with good views. Reception staff excellent. Disappointed with breakfast, good selection but presentation and quality much poorer that expected for 4 star hotel.

The room was as advertised, however would have been better with a Queen sized bed instead of a Double bed. The view was wonderful and the room was spacious. The breakfast was not the best and the pastries were hard (i.e. Not soft and fresh). The menu for dinner was not well advertised nor could be easily found without having to go downstairs to the restaurant, which was inconvenient.

Krystal Beach was an absolutely perfect location for my vacation. Beautiful, impeccable service, delicious food, awesome location. I cannot wait to return with more family and friends!

Booked a seaview room but initially given a loft. After complaining was upgraded to a lovely room. 2 friends were given complimentary dinner as no other rooms available

The check-in was seamless, the room was comfortable while the breakfast was average. Great location and very friendly staff

The room itself was lovely. small suite 2 Bedrooms Lovely spot and staff OK No chair in large double room All 3 wardrobe doors sqeaked badly. Reported 4 times over 2 night stay not fixed. Bedside light in both rooms not working. Fixed after 2 requests, then not bright enaough Electric plug socket fouled by top of desk unit in double bed room Toilet paper holder by washbasin instead of by toilet. No "do not disturb" sign despite many requests. Good Nespresso machine, but mug too tall to fit! Large balcony, but no table and chairs. Just one old plastic upright chair. Ceiling lights by TV with none over settee, so unable to read from there.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The room is clean with a great view. Amazing food Friendly staff Internet does not work. It almost does not exist. Even in the lobby I had to rely on my roaming service

Ideal overnight hotel on the way back to CT airport. Good amenities and in the marina.
