Great location, friendly staff, great experience.

Beautiful location, right on the beach. Lovely pool and grounds

Beautiful hotel! The staff is fantastic and very friendly. We stayed in the pool villa and the room was beyond expectation! The room was luxurious and the pool was right there inside your room! Plus you could hear the waves from the beach and you stuffed to sleep! In the morning try the different activities! We did everything! From the morning yoga, Balinese dance or Balinese music! The hotel offers a wide variety of authentic Balinese cultural experiences for you to enjoy. Cintya did a fantastic job teaching us ton play music instruments. It was so much fun! Plus the staff are so very kind. Aussie was very our villa host and she was so kind and always helpful. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic! Your diet is gone!!! Try everything and enjoy! I recommend trying all the different foods you would only get in Bali! They have daily drinks and food! There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like!our server was Epi and she delivered Epic service! Nika also did and an amazing job as our server. They work as a team and make sure we always have what we need. Make sure you also schedule a massage beforehand with the spa! We had two different massages! A yoga massage and an oil massage for 90 minutes. fantastic! Because we stayed in the pool villa, we also received a Photoshoot at the site! I would recommend getting your photos taken at the hotel. He did an amazing job! Much better than you can take yourself! You could keep these pictures forever and remember your experience in Bali.

The room was fantastic, the staff from the day we arrived to the moment we left were amazing. They were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. If they was any negative (and this may be my singular opinion) the pool(s) water was cold making it a bit uncomfortable to really enjoy. If the pools could be heated than I would say this might be one of the best resorts.

We only stayed one night but wished we had stayed at least 3. This resort offered top notch care and service, We stayed at the location across the street, which was newer and the room was absolutely gorgeous. It felt very luxurious, The bed was very comfortable. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff went out of their way to make a special surprise in the room. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had every offering to please every kind of visitor. The beach front infinity pool could not be nicer and all of the service provided there and at the cabañas made this stay 10/10. Definitely keeping this for the next visit to Bali.

Location is great and easy access to many places. Staff were helpful and professional, however, hotel charges you for pretty much everything, limited restaurant/food options, constantly trying to make you pay/close out the bill immediately after placing order by the pool which is extremely inconvenient and odd to do and makes the guest feel like they are doing something illegal. Rooms are not adequately cleaned eg not cleaning/sweeping of the floors, removing empty bottles/glasses or food left outside the door for an entire day. For a 5-star hotel and rate, that was surprising and disappointing.

The property was clean and well maintained. We stayed in the ocean front private pool villa and it was a bit dated with badly stained couches and furniture. Breakfast was the best meal the hotel had to offer with meals and snacks at the pool and other onsite restaurants just ok and over priced for the value. The drinks were watered down and limited. They were unable to make my husband’s old fashioned for the entirety of our stay. Most of the staff is friendly, caring and accommodating but there were several incidents where we were totally ignored by the pool staff. I had to flag someone down to ask about drinks that were ordered over an hour prior to be told the ticket was lost. Come to find out the bartender didn’t have the proper ingredients and no one bothered to tell us. Overall I feel that the staff went above and beyond to decorate and prepare the villa for my birthday as prearranged and prepaid. Staff members Diane, Epi and Nika were exceptional for the care they showed.

Everything was satisfactory, if you don't stay at main hotel you will have to walk over to beach and breakfast

Staff were helpful and always simple, and even we kept our luggage with them after the check to and went to acivivity went back at night to take the luggage. And the concierge was always supportive
