Everything was satisfactory, if you don't stay at main hotel you will have to walk over to beach and breakfast

Staff were helpful and always simple, and even we kept our luggage with them after the check to and went to acivivity went back at night to take the luggage. And the concierge was always supportive

Wow. I didn’t want to come back home!!! Service outstanding!!! The staff was so so nice, literally everyone. Rupa was soooo helpful. I traveled as a woman solo and felt completely safe. I highly recommend and I will be back! Room very clean, staff outstanding, pool AMAZING, service impeccable!

Right on the beach and conveniently located for shopping and tours. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Our room was large and comfortable and we were able to watch the ocean from the bacony. Good restaurants and spa and the staff was so friendly and helpful. When I visit Bali again I will stay here for sure!

Very clean resort, very well maintained and quiet relaxing, the staff was very friendly and helpful and always checking on us with a great smile.

Firstly the location of this hotel and grounds were stunning and easily make up for any shortfalls. The hotel has started to show signs of its age, but still kept to a very high standard. A couple of small details prevent me from giving the 5 star review it should have earned - A cigarette burn in my bedding, the shuttle driver didn’t collect us from town, despite us waiting where he said and the Jacuzzi only had cold water. All of these are very minor details and were rectified by customer relations allowing us to keep our room a little longer for a late flight - which was greatly appreciated. Please don’t let my comments put you off visiting the Seminyak Beach Resort and Spa, the location and grounds and the staff are something else 😊

Beautiful hotel and staff are all amazing and so friendly

I found this place years ago and had it on my bucket list. It was a very beautiful resort with a very friendly staff. They upgraded my room, which was beautiful. every morning they have a free breakfast, which is a wide variety of food very fresh and of course mineral water and plenty of it in your room. I highly recommend this place. I will be back at some point. It was very relaxing.

EVERYTHING about this property was A1. My concierge Aussie was the greatest my entire stay, she made sure I wanted for nothing and if I needed anything, she made sure I received it or pointed me in the direction I I get it.
