직원들 친절하시고 실제로 현지 일본사람들도 많이 이용하는 호텔. 조식은 전날 주문이 원칙이나 당일에 재료보고 추가요금 내고 이용할 수도 있음. 가격대비 만족도 높음. 다만 오카이도 상점가까지 7분 거리이고, 마쓰야마시역까지 20분 정도 걸리는 점, 공항행 셔틀 정거장까지 10분 정도 걸리는 것만 빼면 근처 이자카야도 많고, 먹거리, 돈키호테 쇼핑, 편의점 등 가까와서 다음에도 이 정도 가격 수준이 유지된다면 다시 이용 의사 있음.

Nice spacious room compared to other Japanese hotels about this price, however the mattress is sagging and I could feel one side is firmer than the other.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Parking is off site and 3rd party vendor with additional costs, not as advertised. Staff did not provide a welcoming atmosphere.

いつも利用させていただいてます。

My reservation didn’t include breakfast however I went down to the restaurant with intention to pay for it - only to be told it was “sold out” (while 1/2 the restaurant was empty). This happened three times in a row before I gave up. No explanation, no apology. I was traveling solo, so it’s not like I would drain the buffet dry. Cleanliness is good and staff is friendly enough. Bed was super uncomfortable. I’d probably look at an alternative if I were to stay in Matsuyama again.
