It was an extreme heat day in Paris and I desperately needed a room with air conditioning so i could actually sleep. This place had a nice cold room when I checked in. That was my highest priority and it met that need.

Clean room, helpful staff.

Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience. We checked in and had to check out within 5 minutes due to a strong odor in the room, dirty floors, and excessive noise in the area. Completely unsuitable for families with children. I would not recommend staying here.

Tv remote not working the room was in terrible condition, the service was poor

The room is dirty all the hair on the bathroom drain the bathroom look disgusting. The room a bit hot the air conditioning temperature control is not work..... The breakfast............ You can see and what you get so if gone is gone......... They will back tomorrow morning.......

This place needs major renovation upgrades. The breakfast offerings were a joke. Most personal locks weren’t working. Very difficult location to find with google maps.

I understand the IBIS is a budget hotel and for many travellers it provides a budget price. However, the cleanliness of the room was poor and the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet had stains from the running water and the shower looked extremely unhygienic. There was no soap to wash one's hands at the hand basin, the handle surround on the bathroom was loose and the w/o due opening to the outside could not be secured properly from the inside of the room, making it feel quite unsafe. The air conditioning unit had black soot on the ceiling above the vent which was concerning because of the possibility of contracting legionnaires disease because of the filters not being regularly serviced. The outside grounds were in a shocking condition, with rubbish littered around the property and the grass needed mowing. I have stayed previously in IBIS, Sofitel and Accors hotels and this hotel was by far the worst Inhave experienced.

It is not good room and no suitable service poor breakfast
