Room clean

I liked the location and cleanliness it was disappointing that the gym was closed

Overall it is a really good place for the price. The reception and check in was quick and the staff friendly. The food was also good. But the location from Gare du Nord, for first time travellers, can be daunting. A better and clear direction guide should be included in the adverts. Also on the negative side the shower head in my room was broken. The toilet flashing button also needed fixing. But I had a good experience.

Horrible, the staff was rude and unhelpful.

We liked the proximity to the restaurants, the Metro, and the mall.

The place is good but need renovation !

Mala atención, quedamos sin desayuno, secador de pelo malo y no lo repusieron, no se esforzaron nada por comunicarse con migo que hablo otro idioma Sucio el lugar Los colchones se sienten los resortes Todo mal No volvería

The hotel was the dirtiest hotel I have been. I was robbed the reviews they have are liars. I haven’t ever seen a disgusting hotel like it’s one.
