The room was clean

Very welcoming staff and the rooms were very clean.

Our recent stay at Citadines Pattaya proved to be a satisfactory experience. One of the most notable aspects of the hotel was the commendable level of cleanliness maintained throughout the premises. This attention to detail contributed significantly to a comfortable and pleasant environment. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast offered a diverse and well-prepared selection, which was thoroughly enjoyed by our group. It provided a solid start to each day. The hotel's location also offers a practical advantage, with a short ride being all that is required to access a nearby mall. This accessibility adds convenience for shopping and other amenities. Finally, the staff members we encountered were consistently friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall positive impression of the hotel. In conclusion, Citadines Pattaya offers a clean and conveniently located accommodation option with a noteworthy breakfast and affable staff.

One of the best hotel’s I have stayed in. The staff and management are very receptive and responsive to issues and actually the manager asked me during My stay of there was anything he could do to improve my stay. I love the small gym, the pool, the sauna and the powerful AC. This hotel is in an industrial town and not in Pattaya but ride share is alway available in less than five minutes.

Very nice stay. My only concern was the flexible showerhead. - every night it sprayed in all directions causing excess water to soak the bath mat

It is just an ordinary 3 star serviced apartment.

Good location and clean inside. Quite noisy but not too much of a problem for us. Outside space could do with a clean and some furniture.

Nice place, surrondings a little poor. They only accept their currency and credit cards, no us dollars cash.

Need to take care a lot of the housekeeping

This apartment service is clean , quiet and has small kitchen for you just simple cook for short stay. There also has swimming pool, sauna room and gyms.
