Room was clean and the staff was great. Note contrary to what most travel sites day, there is a NOT an EV charger anywhere close to the hotel! Nice location and I world definitely stay again if not renting an electric vehicle.

The staff was excellent, great service, well informed of cruise questions, and property was well maintained. The breakfast was pretty bad which surprised me compared to other Hamptons we’ve stayed at. The seating in the breakfast area was really hard for older people to get up from.

還好 No ed posible que por problemas te terremoto en VENEZUELA mi vuelo fue suspendido y traté de comunicarme por todos lo medios para cancelar la resevacion y fue imposible, llamé al número que aparece y funciono , me HICIERON UN CARGO INJUSTO. intenté responder este correo y no lo permite el sistema . Fue por razones que se escapan de manos. PERO NI LLAMARON PARA VERIFICAR LA LLEGADA.

I have no complaints about this establishment. It was suitable, clean and well maintained.
The view was beautiful and having access to the neighboring hotel and their amenities was a bonus.
My only issue is with the billing.
I was overcharged $400.00.
This error was found while I was on a cruise and I have been unable to reach anyone to correct this error.
