The staff very friendly and the location is excellent; the room was too small

Room was spacious and bright but be wary about the lack of windows/natural light. My room had what appeared to be shutters but had a button to shut out any views and was nearby the kitchen which was a bit noisy at times. Also, the fan/AC works well but is incredibly noisy but the room itself was quiet enough albeit for some noisy guests nearby. Room felt clean enough and appreciated being able to request a mini fridge, hot water kettle, AND slippers! Location is great if you're looking to stay around K-Town but not on the main busy street and is in the middle of everything else!

Great location and staff was very helpful.

The front desk staff was so kind, helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to give us an early check in after a long day of travel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The coffee and morning provisions could have been better

Great staff.

Everything was great right from check in, my only small complaint is that the bedroom lights hanging from the ceiling were covered in dust. Maybe something that gets overlooked because the rest of the room was fine. Aside from that, I would stay here again.

Love this hotel. Super convenient location and the rooms are r we on nice and comfy.
