Everything was amazing. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel, in a great location with helpful staff. Very clean room and comfortable bed.

Loved our stay here, closed to everything

Staff was very friendly and welcoming

This was a lovely spacious hotel and the reception staff were excellent. Our bedroom was excellent too and so clean with a very comfortable bed too. My only criticism of this hotel would be the bar downstairs and the fact that you could not order bar snacks - also, any food had to be from the restaurant menu and before 10pm. I did not find the bar staff particularly friendly either and the bar in general lacked atmosphere. One other negative was that one of the lifts had a terrible smell it in like sour milk or something alike - could do with the carpet in it being replaced as something has obviously happened to make it smell so bad. However these things did not ruin our stay. The bedroom was so great and reception staff so friendly, we had a lovely time. We definitely just would have spent more time (and money) in the bar if menu was better and later serving times etc.

The staff was amazing, My only concern was the carpet in the room was really stained and looked dirty and the bathroom also looked dirty specially the walls

Staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the double queen room incredibly spacious. Our room had a large window overlooking the water which gave a great late night and early morning view. Luggage can be left to pick up any time if you are not travelling on until later. Would 100% recommend.

The rooms were very clean and modern. Very close to train station. Staff very pleasant and helpful with directions.

Beautiful hotel, a true gem in Amsterdam. Huge room, amazing view, and amenities that are rare in a European hotel

Perfect location, perfect accommodations, easy uber pick up location, nice staff, great drinks, very close to everything!!
