Wrong room allocated, changed room eventually and stained bedsheets, no towels, nobody on reception and the room stank of smoking. If you have any kind of respiratory problems, STAY somewhere else and thank me later.

The room smelt of cigarette smoke It was cold and the heater did not work. There was no shower gel or soap and only 1 towel for 2 people. The remote for the TV didn’t work. The duvet was ripped and looked grubby.

No receptionist available for me to check in. I had to wait over an hour in the dark before he returned as he had left the premises to drop a friend to the station.

This was in a fairly isolated position, no amenities in easy reach. The quality of the room was basic and not as good as other budget hotels that are cheaper. It felt very run down.
