The room was clean and the location was convenient.
Breakfast was same every day but it had good selections.
Parking was available both underground and outside next to the hotel. The underground parking has only 30 spots so if you stay during the busy season, you may need to park outside (still convenient but underground would better if rains).
The parking ticket is 1,000 yen per night but it did not work twice and I had to go back to the front desk. I talked to the parking staff but they recommended I go to the front desk. Then the same thing happened again on the following day.
They should improve the process so that guests can go through the gate without going back to the front every time when this issue happens.
The main building does not have a safe so I had to bring it to the front desk.
Overall very nice hotel and I am glad I stayed here.

Clean room, super efficient check in, and a very convenient location. There are two properties, if you are staying in the Annex one, it's a different building for Annex floors (7 and 8). The restaurants and everything else is in the main building. You do have to leave the annex building and go through public areas to get to the main building, which is not a problem as it's literally 50 steps away. There is a supermarket and multiple convenient stores and a daiso a few steps away.

超讚 The best hotel I've stayed at since I've started traveling to Japan. The rooms are very spacious and clean, with daily cleaning service, if desired. There's an assortment of airport shuttle buses that drop you off right by the hotel. The area is surrounded with shops and restaurants that almost never end. The Chiba Chuo station being right near the main hotel lobby makes it beyond a fantastic spot to stay!

不錯 Things ok. Room a bit old but clean and tidy. Staff are friendly but one of them (doesn’t look like native Japanese) just split outside the hotel in front of a customer…..
Another issue is the arrangement of breakfast between hotel.com and the hotel. We booked as a family with breakfast included but hotel insist our 3 years old kids is not included and we have to pay at hotel for this. Not very reasonable.
