Breakfast was okay and had to pay for it, and parking as well even if I already paid almost $700 per night to stay close to Lincoln financial and watch a FIFA game! Then about a week before my trip, checked the rate and it was around $300+ only! Price went down closer to the date instead of going up! So disappointed and hoping to get some sort of refund for the amount I paid for 2 nights.

This is one of the dirty hotels I have ever seen from Holiday Inn typically we stay in a Holiday Inn that is much cleaner and much nicer with more friendly staff open check in the front desk Leo stated there is not room ready for us and I have to wait about 30-45 min for the room to be available and within five minutes I ask another front desk representative and she found a room that’s ready for us to check in, which did not make sense for Leo to lie . We had a couple issues with the shower door being opened and letting water to fill the entire bathroom coming out of the shower. Also, we had an issue with the TV being broken and not working. We informed the front desk and the maintenance in person via text and neither of these issues were fixed. The hotel had a bad smell and I recommend not to stay at this hotel never

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The beds made loud noises with even the slightest movement, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We also waited an extremely long time at the bar despite there being only a few other guests present. Upon arrival, we weren’t even provided keys to our room because of ongoing system issues. To make matters worse, the room itself was not well maintained, and the windows were noticeably dirty. Overall, the service and accommodations fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

Checking in was a bad experience it took them forever, I understand it was bad timing with the world cup but the front desk lady was mean and arguing with clients which is bad remember the Client is always right if you want good business. I called front desk to secure shuttle for the airport after they told me yes they have one going every 30 mins when I get to the lobby the guy told me that he is sorry the van is not running, I was able to make it to the airport but be respectful of people time and if you don't have the service don't advertise it or confirm it. Positive side: Breakfast was good, the room was clean. Anyway it was first stay there and hopefully my last.

The rooms were very clean!

I did not like that the breakfast time was not advertised . I came down at 10.30 am and found that breakfast has ended . There was a coffeemaker in the room but no water in the fridge . Some one in my room needed to take meds but was told by front desk staff to either buy from the vending machine or use the tap. I also felt that price (499 a night ) was too high for a 2 star rated hotel
