Great location amazing staff very clean I went during Jun and it was too hot and a lot of insects and mosquitoes so the hotel should provide at least fans for the rooms and put a mosquito nets on the balcony door so we can open it at night because no air conditions in this area not only in this hotel .

The location is beautiful — slightly above the town with great mountain views and an easy walk to the center. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the balcony view was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a good variety of fresh options.

We stayed here 3 nights and loved the location and views. Staff were very helpful and friendly and gave great recommendations about what's good to do in the area

Gorgeous location for the hotel, and clean rooms. Rustic vibe. Extremely pretty view from the windows and good breakfast. Be warned it is a little difficult to carry luggage manually up the steep slope to the hotel. Taxi to help carry everything costs 16 CHF from the station to the hotel.

Very nice hotel, clean and some rooms have great balcony view. Staff is very nice. No complaints

Great views up a small hill provides great views over town. Hotel is very welcoming and willing to assist with things like ice. Restaurant has great food.

It was a beautiful setting with amazing nice staff, however the walk (in the winter) was a bit grueling with the ice on the uphill drive to the hotel. Other than that it was an amazing stay

An old hotel, no kattle in the room, basic breakfast, should be updated to the 21st century
