Staff were very helpful.

Lovely staff and nice clean rooms

Good hotel convenient for the train station, pleasant staff,nice spacious modern room . Ample choice at breakfast.

The hotel was a good alternative to Travelodge. Reception was quick and friendly. Room was compact but comfortable with a large screen television. Beds firm but comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good but continental breakfast was limited. Sausages on cooked breakfast were awful. The whole hotel was unnecessarily cold, wasting energy and uncomfortable. Reception and bar staff were helpful and friendly but again the bar was limited, some cocktails would have been nice. Would not hesitate to use again.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was huge and tasty. It’s centrally located for walking the city & near restaurants. The only thing to fix is the street which is blocked for construction, so you can only use one end of the street to get there.

Good choice for breakfast, comfy clean room. Centrally located close to station as well.

The breakfasts were excellent, but the food at night was poor, had ran out of all the specials by 7.30pm, and what we were able to have, was cold, chips ,curry and the chicken in one dish was rock hard.

Walkable from train station. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Great breakfast. Stored bags.

Staff friendly breakfast good and very handy for getting from the railway station and near plenty of places to eat and not far to the shops
