Nice rooms and amenities, staff was first rate and very helpful.

Pros: Good location, close to all amenities and restaurants Cons: old and outdated, renovation noise during daytime, no sandals and water provided, way overpriced

Overall I give it a 3.9 star. Fact is renovations are taking place as you stay.I was put in a room facing the highway-a no no for Peter.Breakfast has 1 toaster with a Broken plastic piece off? Come on how cheap can a hotel manager get- yes management has responsibility for 1 cleanliness agin 1 toaster for at least 60 people that eat breakfast? 1 elevator so you wait another 5 minutes try that at 66 years old.!

nice room！good location

The pool was very small and difficult to get in. The breakfast did not have many options and there was construction going on outside that you could hear inside. The front entrance was also blocked when we arrived which made it it difficult to enter with our luggage. The proximity to the airport was good. For the price paid, I would choose somewhere else next time.

The property was fine it was just the location.

The hotet is in very good condition, convenient to everything, restaurants shopping stores etc... And close to Vancouver international airport. Only parking is limited but they provide parking permits on street, not too bad.

Room was good value for the price and suitable for a one night transit stay

The location was great for our needs and if you are facing the courtyard, it’s quiet. Everything about our stay was great, except the pillows. They are super thick and we requested smaller ones and they couldn’t accommodate. My neck is still in pain 3 days later. Breakfast is ok, but if you’re a healthy eater with dietary restrictions, bring your own food. There’s a mini fridge in all rooms and a microwave available at all times in the lobby. Walmart is walking distance, so you can buy your own food. Staff was really nice and helpful. Super clean and renovated rooms. If it wasn’t for the pillows, I would book there again no hesitation. Good quality/price ratio.

It was further from the cruise port than I expected. It was a 23 minute Uber ride to the cruise port and only a 12 minute Uber ride from the airport. The breakfast was great and they had a lot of variety.
