Was a good days. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the hotel was undergoing renovations and some areas were closed.

The hotel is in a great location. Across from the station. My room had a very distant view of Mt. Fuji. Bed was old and could use an upgrade. Breakfast had a good variety and the staff were helpful

We happened to check in the day of the town's annual parade so the location right at the train station was perfect. Good breakfast in lobby. Family Mart and 7-11 a block away -- these are not the convenience stores of America -- these have good quality snacks. Enough for a quick meal.

The hotel was a bit run down as it is older. Location was excellent and it was clean. The buffet breakfast was good but no other dining options. Close to the station and department store so food was available there. The beds were quite comfortable. We would stay there again.

很好 Great location for business trip. Close to train stations. Many different dining options in walking distance. The hotel itself needs a update, the decor is dated. The hotel service is great, rooms are clean with attentive service.

超讚 Good location near Hamamatsu Station. My room was clean and comfortable. Non smoking room would have been much better for me.
