Good breakfast

The hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was large with two rooms, a table and four chairs. Tv in each room . The room was clean and tidy. There were two doors out onto the balcony which has most beautiful Mountain View. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, the location was slightly uphill and close to the shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the train station. The views were amazing and we would come back if we came to Grindelwald again.

Unbelievable views, excellent breakfast and very clean. Staff was very helpful! No A/C but able to open balcony and windows

The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The location to the train station and downtown convenient. We will stay here again!

I like the location. The room is big and clean and I had the view of the mountain. I wanted to use the laundry but you have the download the app and the cost is $$$ so I didn’t use it. I would like to come back here.

I don’t like the mattress. It’s a little bit smaller than the bed frame. It can not cover the corner of my bed. I bumped to the corner wood more than 3 times. My husband did it, too. I got blue and black on my knee later. However, this hotel is an awesome place. I enjoy staying here greatly.

Everything was good. The hill to the hotel was pretty steep for us.

It was good!

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very nice.

Absolutely heaven. Great rooms, staff, location… the views are to die for! Will for sure come back.
