I stayed here about 10 days ago and had a wonderful time! The hotel is in the most perfect location, right in the Capitole, super close to everything including the Metro station. I did read 1 review from 2022 about the air conditioning not being very cold because it was controlled centrally throughout the building and I was concerned that I'd be hot due to the heat wave but I can say that my room felt really cool and nice after a long day wandering, and the AC worked great! I really loved having the water station in the lobby to fill up my bottle whenever I needed, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was great. I think the only thing that would help my stay would be to have small refrigerators/microwaves in the room but otherwise I would certainly stay here again

Excellent location. Lovely welcome with very friendly staff, offering plenty of great advice, always helpful and with a smile. Our room was upgraded to a stunning corner room overlooking the square. Highly recommended.

I was able to stay in a newly refurbished single room that was lovely. Very kind and helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable! The breakfast off property ( across the street) had plenty of choices. I believe is was there because of the refurbishment that was happening. The refurbishment did not impact my stay! I highly recommend this hotel and this location was perfect!!

No fridge in room. No fresh water in room. Had to get it downstairs. Cannot open windows

Très bien placé dans le centre de Toulouse, propre et personnel agréable. Excellent petit déjeuner. A+

Front desk staff extremely personable and helpful. Nice outdoor courtyard if have good weather. Breakfast was just perfect. Two cons: one of the two pillowcases was very stained….. and the room on ES has significant street noise early morning with vendors . Would stay again but would have to be on a higher floor.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the centre of Toulouse, accessed from the Capitole square through a little walkway that opens onto a lovely courtyard garden. The hotel staff were welcoming and multilingual. The hotel room was on the small side, but spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and was soundproofed so despite being in the city centre we slept well. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of produce and amazing coffee. Highly recommended!
