Room and view was lovely, clean and spacious, lots of storage, not much included entertainment and paid for was expensive, and sales people pushy. Big push to get people on time share presentations to get cheaper tickets. Its a resort so people from all hotels in vicinity using facilities even though its supposed to be controlled, but i didnt see anyone checking anything. An example was signs saying no climbing or jumping from artificial rocks in lagoon, but young kids were doing it all day long, and at night 2am, kids screaming and shouting in lagoon area which were still clearly audible from 9th floor, pool area needs wrist bands but glue melted on ours but no one ever stopped us. Was hard to find a beach towel in afternoon. That being said lagoon and beach not overcrowded. Cant fault service. Local transport links good.

Everything was exelent

Breakfast included was not as expected limited and you pay any additional. Everything was extra cost. No microwave for your kids to re warm food, specially picky eaters. I asked for ocean view no view.

I enjoy everything but the charge of the daily parking. I also miss music by the pool . Hawwiian music would it been great !

We’ve stayed at this property many many times. We always stay in the rainbow tower. We enjoy the Friday fireworks! The room bed and pillows are outstanding.

Overall, we had a good stay at Hilton Hawaiian Village, but there are several areas that could be improved. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent,centrally located with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores on-site and within walking distance, making it easy to explore Waikiki. Unfortunately, the rooms felt outdated for the price. We also noticed a urine smell in the corner of our room near the closet that never fully went away. For a resort of this size, there should be another fitness center. The current gym gets crowded, and there weren’t nearly enough pool chairs and no umbrellas to accommodate guests. I also don’t think resort guests should have to pay extra to rent beach or lagoon chairs and umbrellas after already paying resort fees. It was also disappointing that the beach is open to the public rather than offering a more exclusive experience for resort guests. Overall, while the location and friendly staff were highlights, I expected more from a resort at this price point. The accommodations and amenities need updating to better match the cost and reputation of the property.
