We arrived late and knew that we would be in the room less than 8 hours - so we decided not to leave and find another place to stay. The beds appeared to be clean. However the floor, walls and surfaces hadn’t been appropriately cleaned in a while. There was a chain hanging from the headboard of 1 bed… not sure of its purpose? The bathroom shelf was grimy and there was a dirty used comb under the towels. The elevator and hallways were very dirty. Upon leaving at 4:30 am we spotted 2 German cockroaches crawling up the walls outside our bedroom door. Wish we had done a bit more due diligence prior to booking at this establishment.

No lobby. Check in was easy, and the guy was kind. Close to airport. Whole building smelled funny, but there was smoke and weed smell all throughout the building. Cockroaches crawling on walls. No cable in our room, so we just went to sleep so we could get out of there early . Woke up at 5am, cockroach was crawling up the wall, and so I just left. Did not pass go or collect. Unfortunately we were traveling with an infant and child. Child was NOT happy about the smell of bugs. We would have left if we hadn’t had an infant screaming in the car the last 20 minutes of the drive. Should have went 10 min up the road to the other extended stay, as they were way cleaner.

It was so bad we didn’t even check in to our room. Had a hooker hanging outside, a guy high on meth sitting on sidewalk. Front staff was outside no where to be found for 15 minutes and knew nothing about the area. I wish I could have at least one positive but there isn’t one.

Close to Sanford airport. Room Spartan and out dated. Kitchenette Stove and Range hood in operative. Refrigerator clean. Did not use microwave. Bed above average. Musty smell in room upon entry. Bring your own bathroom supplies. One bar of soap. Room rate was acceptable due to the close proximity to the airport; Approximately five minutes away.

Staff was not on shift at 9 am for assistance. Television remote control would not turn volume up or down, hallways were horrible ( dirty ) and smelling like weed, crack and cigarettes’ yet they insisted that it’s a smoke free environment. Definitely need to be more professional. Air conditioner needs new filters I had to buy some air freshener to spray the filter so the room would smell like me( a million bucks). I digress.

Refrigerator and room clean, strong smell of cigarettes and Marijuana from other rooms. Outside sketchy.

They had no lamps in the rooms. The first room they sent me to had a broken lock. The tv remote did not work. It was not a pleasant stay and I will probably not stay there again.

DISGUSTINGGGG. We walked in and walked right back out. Do not stay here.

No pillows in room. They switched rooms. Sheets were a bit damp.
