Hotel currently having renovations however our room was awesome - we picked this location as was close to Roma Termini. Staff were very helpful - room was good size for family of four including two teenagers. Breakfast was great - would recommend this hotel due to its location.

Location is very convenient, closed to Pisa monuments

Just ok. Staff rude, booked as pay at property. While Expedia takes Amex this hotel does not and was quite rude about it. Funny thing was the hotel put a hold on my Amex but would not let me use it to pay. Demanded everyone’s passports and copied info off each one, not sure that was necessary. Ok if just need a place to sleep for a night, would find elsewhere to stay for extended stay.

There was some internal construction going on. The room was big and clean. This is a good hotel if you are on a budget. There were lots of restaurants directly outside. We bought a bottle of wine but they didn’t have a corkscrew or any glasses. The plane was fine for one night.

Check in and out were easy and I appreciated the lobby being open 24/7. Rooms were very clean and spacious for 3 adults. Great location outside of the real touristy areas but it only takes 15 mins to walk anywhere.

Beds, air conditioning and breakfast were Excellent!!!

Clean room with a complete breakfast and most of all well situated to visit all of the major sites
