Clean room. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff efficient. Smooth check in. Signing in and out of the hotel has been difficult as you have to pass through the security gaurds. Hotel staff instead of helping, us get through, was quite rude in telling us that we cannot come and go as we please. We are the guests, and inspite of signing out, we were treated rudely. Won't be returning. Felt like we were in prison.

Friendly staff with clean rooms

I had a very short stay - 1 night only, despite this short time the stay was very pleasant and refreshing. Their restaurant was open late and served really good food, their breakfast was also very good. The staff were very very helpful and cheerful. I needed help getting directions and some other clarifications and they helped no matter how many times I asked. The check-out was simple and easy, not time consuming at all. The room was great, had all that I needed, didn't even need my travel adapter as the sockets accepted all types. Shower was great, good hot water. Very clean. Awesome place to stay if you need to be in and out quick!

Clean efficient and great stagf

Staff, very friendly and helpful on every needs. Very quiet rooms and comfy rooms.

Excellent facility for short stay, One comment: although breakfast time was notified as 7.00 am, no one was available and it was not ready, even partly till 6.45 am.

The bed had small bugs running on it. It wasn’t bedbugs but small fly type. I called downstairs and they offered to change sheets. They claimed no other room was available.. room was very small no chair was in room.

Ideal stay for morning flights to avoid Mumbai traffic jams. Fridge didn’t work and despite asking for it to be fixed, nobody came. Not a lot of eating places at the airport if you are staying in this hotel, as there is no access allowed inside the terminal building until around 4 hrs before flight next day, so restaurants are limited to the hotel itself or fast food kiosks outside the terminal building. There is a small micro-brewery / cafe on 10th floor foyer outside the terminal blg.

Not happy with the service

I liked the convenience of checking in right after a long flight that can be exhausting. Overall a pleasant experience.
