Nice clean room and bathroom with a shaded small patio. It has a great breakfast, neat beach area and decent size pool. The tiki bar is a fun spot too. Parking with shade. Lots of iguanas on the backside of the property which was cool to see. The layout of the hotel is a bit different but definitely recommend.

great location, reasonable for area. rooms? fine. however- 2nd time stay at property in 2.5 months. They are in midst if reno…. both times i got an OLDER room. dark, very dated. bit musky scent. First trip- my balcony overlooks stacks of construction debris and shipping container.. This trip- definite upgreade as overlooked pool. Felt more vacation-like- and as a solo female- felr safer!!!! property ia on the water- with private beach and nice outdoor bar area . NEXT trip: will want to ask in advance for newly renovated room with pool view!

When we booked our stay, the pictures we saw of the hotel looked bright and clean, but when we arrived to the hotel and were given our room key, the room was not the one we saw online. It was outdated, dim and dirty. Construction on other rooms were happening right down the hall from us about 10 doors down. There was one full hallway already renovated on the opposite side of the hotel, but the website gave us the impression that all the rooms looked like the newly renovated ones. That was not the case, and it was falsely advertised with pictures of the newly renovated rooms instead of the old rooms. Had I known the room we were going to get was like that, we would have gone to a different hotel. In speaking to some of the construction workers, they said these renovations will not be complete for another year. So if you book at this hotel, make sure you ask for one of the newly renovated rooms, otherwise, you'll end up in an old room that is dirty.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel itself needs a lot of work. It looks like it was built in the 70s.

Staff was kind and helpful. Quick check in and out. Amenities are excellent! Swam with a manatee! Some rooms have been remodeled and are beautiful-ongoing project. Spotless breakfast room and variety of food but always waffles, of course.

Nice setting. The short side of motel faces the road. Small beach in the back I watched the jellyfish off the dock. Wished I had snorkel equipment when I saw someone else snorkeling.

Whole property run down. Room had major dust on ceiling fan. Mold in shower, cracked walls, and a fragrance that would knock you over (probably to hide odors). Rusted office chair in room and drapes falling down. Salvation was the area to sit at the bay but even that area was not well kept. Will never return to this property.

Awesome pool and beach areas! Room could have been a bit cleaner (tile floors need a mop) but overall a really great stay.
