還好 Absolutely the worst experience.
Booked via Expedia and had received confirmation from Expedia and direct from the hotel about my stay.
Upon arrival (10pm) the staff could not find my booking. They were unable to contact anyone at Expedia.
I was waiting for over 45 mins then after getting frustrated I raised my voice and they said they had found me a room at thier sister hotel. As it was so late at night, I accepted this alternative.
Having arrived at the so called sister hotel. I discover it was not affiliated at all and was a much worse property.
As it was so late, I had no choice but to stay there.
I have to say as a Platinum member who travels extensively with Expedia, I was left feeling very let down by both Expedia and the hotel.

很好 Room was clean. Staff was Friendly and helpful - we left the big luggage with them for the safari.. AC needed a restart to cool the Room down but Next day it showed the error again.
Breakfast was good. They change some days with ham and salmon.
You have a Station for Omelett and some Fried africano Special food.

Room was clean, had some amenities (the Other Room i had show cleaner which i haven’t had in the First Room)
AC didn’t work and the Technican couldn’t fix it that night so it didn’t cooled down.
Shower worked only the sky shower not the handle.
Elsewise the Room had enough space.
Breakfast was sufficient - Chai Tea was quiet strong but you had milk and water to make it much tasty.
Staff was Great and very helpful.
It’s a Little Bit outside of the CBD but you have small shopping Centers around and also as a Tourist you find Souvenirs.
