This property needs maintenance and repairs. The shower door was broken, the tub drain was missing, there was a big chunk missing from the edge of the coffee table, and the room was dirty.
The staff was quite rude and unhelpful. We had a snag with our booking and they made us go figure it out through the app rather than helping in any way.
There were no streaming services or English-speaking channels. One would expect these at an airport hotel.
The layout of the suite is strange and inconvenient, requiring you to leave the bedroom and go through the living space in order to use the toilet.
Overall, this room was an overpriced disappointment that we ended up paying double for due to a mixup of dates. Worst $1000 I ever spent!

Slow bar and food service was the only thing that held back my rating of this hotel. Everything else, property, rooms, cleanliness, front desk staff and ease to get to the airport were all first rate.

Great experience and kind staff. Very clean rooms. Literally a three minute walk from the Metro station and the station that will get you to your terminal. Absolutely perfect location for an early or late flight.
One thing I don't understand is why it takes 10 minutes to check in when I have already paid for the room, and they have all my information. Don't get me wrong. Everyone was kind, but just seems dumb.
