The price was good, it could be much better, the mattress had problems, two mattress put together to make a king and one matrees was higher than the other , big gap in the middle , toilet seat broken,shower door didn't slide, the humidity smell ridiculous, found where it was,the wall bubble up paint falling from wall behind sink and pantry , itching on body me and wife the whole body. I didn't say nothing because the price

I booked it because of location and for kitchen, was nice to make my own coffee. Very basic room. Curtains were broken and did not close properly. Welcome drink was actually a bottle of water.

A clean, very basic hotel in a quiet, safe area at an unbeatable price. This is the perfect spot for people who are out all day and just want accommodations that gives them what’s most needed.

Excelente

Room was comfortable with lots of storage and in a quiet area yet still close to some necessities. Only downside was it was fairly cold when I went in November but they have layered blankets to stay warm in bed.

Easy check-in and was able to before the notesld time. Very friendly. Close to Plaza Foch and buses and Supermaxi for groceries cos there's nothing. Smart part of the TV doesn't work so it's only cable channels. Room/apartment can get wicked cold but that's just Quito for you!

Very safe hotel in a safe area. Very clean. Comfy. Spacious and the staff is very friendly. Qould recommend

Nos hospedamos una semana, muy bien ubicado con todo lo necesario, cama muy comoda y aplia la cocina muy bien equipada. el personal muy atento y servicial. El hotel esta cerca de vias principales, supermecado y muy buena conexion de transporte
