The location was about 10-15min walking to Myeong-dong street, which it was perfect for us, metro and bus stops about 8 min walking. The triple room was nice and clean but a bit too small for 3 people. Other than that, no complaints.

Rooms are clean and bathroom is great. One double bed and two single bed fills the entire room so very little room for bags. Great cafe close by. Metro/subway close

I had a wonderful time. The room was clean and plenty shops around. I’m vegan and there was a full vegan donut cafe 5 minutes walk away.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. Room is small, suitcases have to be closed and in standing position whole time in order for us to move around. we stayed at first floor and the room is very humid, we never feel the comforters are dry. Terrible feeling. Can’t open the window as there’s no window screen. Opened once and mosquito got in. Only one layer light-blocking curtain, can only choose between dark room or no privacy at day time. Once showered the entire washroom floor got wet. The Chinese staff was the only one we felt welcoming, the rest never said hi, we tried to say hi but they never even looked at us. No direct communication. Luckily we’re out most of the day time. Not recommended.

Clean rooms, well-kept. But the road in front of it is a little narrow. facility is a little too simple. Lacking things like a gym. Room is small

I liked how close it is to Namsan Tower and Myeongdong area. And staff was friendly too. Only had one minor issue but, it all worked out in the end. We needed to store our luggage before check in. We arrived super early. But no one was at the counter. Eventually my son and I took our stuff with to go find food. When we returned, someone was finally there. Stored our luggage, and then we waited a while. It was super nice of them to let us check in before 3. I would definitely stay here again for sure. That one thing does not define how I feel. I think others should stay here too. They have a self check in kiosk too. Unfortunately we couldn't do it since we arrived early. Thank you Namsan Hill Hotel! Hope to come back soon! If and when I return, I am highly considering going back to this hotel. :) I had no real issues or concerns. Thank you for your friendly service!

Friendly staff very convenient location

Helpful and accommodating staff. Clean room. Strategic location, walking distance to tourists spots, quiet and calm. Wish they have microwave available.

The price for the hotel was reasonable but that’s about it. It’s up on a hill so if you don’t have data to find your way, good luck! Basically a hotel with no thrills.
