Safe clean room but was uncomfortably hot with no air conditioning.

One step above a hostel. If all youre looking for is a clean room, this meets the bill.

Close to where I needed to be, tidy, clean and comfortable.

Very central to CBD Staff were very helpful & kind

There were hairs in the pillow and blood on the sheets on one bed, and what was obviously a mans stain in the other bed. Urine on the toilet seat. In the morning the entire room stunk of sewage, coming from the unvented bathroom. There was no jug to boil water in, despite offering tea and coffee. Just a coffee plunger, but no coffee provided for the plunger. But it was central to the city, plenty of public transport. With the fans on all night it was cool enough.
