Helpful staff staff right next to universal studios

It was ok , I did expect the rooms to look more newer and nicer , seemed so old .

The Tilt Hotel is in a great location if you’re visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. It’s very close to the park. You can either walk or uber. There's also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to get around. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I also appreciated that complimentary coffee, juice, and water were available anytime. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night’s sleep. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay near Universal Studios.

The staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean.

I found many used towels around the room from previous guests & the floor was not mopped or swept. All in all, a very nice place and will be coming back.

Their staff named Aja is one who helped un checked in and out during our stay. He recommended what to do in Universal Studios. The facility, the rooms were spacious. I would come back here again and recommended it to the visitors.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tilt, while we went to Universal Studios. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had a burnt out light bulb, they showed up in less than five minutes to change the light bulb. My son went to the front desk for more towels, and they supplied us with a generous amount of towels. They have a selection of snacks and soft drinks for sale, in the lobby. There’s also free juice, water and ice. We didn’t rent a car, but noticed there was covered parking too, at about $28/night. The hotel is about five blocks from Universal City Walk/park. We walked it a few times, during our four day stay. We also used an Uber too, which was $7-$10. It really isn’t that far, but mainly uphill, going to the City Walk/Park entrance, so it feels like a hike. Not too bad though. I heard people complain about the surrounding neighborhood, but we felt relatively safe. There was one homeless guy, but he didn’t bother us in anyway. We brought a white noisemaker with us, which helped with the continuous fan on the AC unit, because the hotel faces Highway 101. It was fairly tolerable. The water pressure in the shower was good. The toilets had powerful flushes, to get the job done. The beds were very comfortable. We got a good nights rest on them. The AC was nice and cool. We left ours on low, during the day, so it was nice and cool, when we returned. Yes, we will be returning!

The hotel looks shady. The air-conditioning on both rooms were loud that my kids need to turn it off to fall asleep. The tub was clogged and the only remedy they gave was a plunger.
