GWスキーで毎年お世話になっています。一番は♨️でチェックアウト後帰りに入れるのは助かります。到着した時玄関前で荷物を下ろしていたら、ホテルの方が来てチェックインしていないのに地下のスキーロッカー番号を教えていただき、荷物移動がラクでした。ありがとうございます。また来年もお世話になります。

スキー場へのアクセスは上り坂5分で、近いが大変(>_<) 施設全体は古さは目立つものの、歴史も感じられて充分 温泉は、最高ですね。源泉掛け流しの翡翠色の温泉♨️後からポカポカしてきます。 食事も充分美味しくて、大満足でした。

お風呂がよか

The hotel staff were excellence. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The hotel looks very dated and old but very comfortable. conveniently located just beside the the Kumanoyu ski lifts. Ski rental available at basement and there’s also convenient store at ground floor.

熊の湯ホテルは3回目の宿泊です 建物は古いですが館内はとても清潔で綺麗です。 温泉源泉掛け流し　総檜造りのお風呂は天井が高く、檜のよい香りがしました。 露天風呂は透明な緑で内風呂は乳緑色でとても気持ちの良い温泉です。 そして夕食はもどれもとても美味しくて感激しました　とてもお勧めしたい宿です。

風通しが悪く部屋が暑かった

自然を満載するための旅行には最適です。

Absolutely unique experience. If you want a fancy western style hotel, don’t stay here. If you want to have a genuinely Japanese experience, in an absolutely stunning area with some of the best snow I have seen in my lifetime, then add Kumanoyo to your list. Personally, I loved this place.

The location is good. It’s near the Kumanoyu ski area. It’s within 5 minutes walking distance. This hotel is more geared to catering to Chinese visitors who want to hit the slopes. They play Chinese-theme music during breakfast at their buffet. Their breakfast is a big spread, and the food is pretty good. The people there do accommodate you, but they are somewhat cold. If you slip on their steps and fall because of the snow, they will not come out to help you or apologize. Come here to seek Kumanoyu and Yokoteyama snow, don’t come here for the atmosphere because it was almost nonexistent.
