The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme.

Location was good near to station and the breakfast was good too I love the boiled eggs with light salty and the fresh bread

Lighting(Lamp)is not good.Only one Yellow color lamp available.

Very convenient for those who take JR. It is a bonus for the complimentary breakfast. Strongly recommended.

The location is really great within 2 minutes from the JR Station. The reception service provided professional service. Free breakfast is an added benefit. It is amazing to get such ghood deal. I am rather disappointed that this hotel did not have availability when I tried to reserve more stays early 2014.

If you need a night to stopover somewhere between Tokyo and Niigata on the Joetsu shinkansen line, this is the place to stop as it's only a block away from the station, very affordable, and the service is great. I was surprised by the free breakfast.
