Lady at the desk was alil overwhelmed she had us booked onto 3 different rooms but she did get it straightened out. Room wasn't as pictured but it was ok. water pressure in shower was not very good at all . Over all stay was good thou

Beach view was great as well as the breakfast

Room exceeded expectations. Lady that checked me in was very nice. Great view and location! Will definitely recommend and come back.

Check-in to check-out went smoothly. I must admit, it was awkward to get off the elevator, open the door from the hall, & find our room door was shared with someone else’s room door. And I didn’t care for our neighbors smoking weed, especially since we had our children with us on this trip. Once we entered our room, the smell wasn’t as bad until we went out on the balcony. Aside from that, we loved the set up of the place, as well as our perfect view of the ocean. I loved having 2 balconies, but only utilized one of them due to the weed smell I mentioned already. The set up was spacious for our family of 4. And I loved having a separate room with my husband, whose birthday we celebrated. The staff, the breakfast, the pool area, access to the beach, & location were all nice. We would potentially stay there again.

This place was cute and clean. Our room was a bit out of date. But overall good stay.

Very disappointing stay. We paid about $340 for two nights, and when we checked into our room, there was already a commercial drying fan running with towels placed under the air conditioner because it was leaking. The carpet remained wet throughout our stay, making the room uncomfortable. The room also showed multiple signs of poor maintenance, including dirty windows, water-stained ceilings, rust on the lamp base, worn furniture, stains, and other cleanliness issues. We also encountered insects during our stay, which further detracted from our overall experience. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. For anyone booking a standard room, be aware that it does not include a mini refrigerator. At nearly $170 per night in the middle of summer in Myrtle Beach, I found that surprising. Overall, this experience fell far below our expectations, and I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

If the bathroom was not located where you have to go through the king size bedroom to get to it, the room layout would be perfect.
