No bar, clean room, but the air-conditioning in the room was not working properly. That made the room stay too warm during the night.

What bar? There was no bar.

The room was FREEZING COLD. I called reception to ask for help, they would only offer a space heater and told me to go get it! The bed was full of hair from previous guest. Talked to the manager the morning after, no apologies just attitude. Disgusting, stay away

It’s good hotel

The staff needs training and awareness of what customer service means particularly when dealing with foreign guests.

Parking on site for 5 francs- not a garage, just good essy parking lot

Excellent hotel! Comfortable beds, spacious parking spaces, good breakfast.

Dirty, uncomfortable, felt like a prison

Need more personal, at afternoon you only have one poor guy attending reception, the restauran, bar, and phone calls. He is Troy ing to his best but is impossible to attend so many things at the same time.

Great hotel, good location, very clean and easy to get to. Close to the train station and easy to drive to Broc for the Maison Cailler Swiss Chocolate Factory. Paid the 5 francs extra to park outside yet car registration wasn't requested.
