Perfect location, amazing breakfast, clean room

It is a very good hotel in a centre of Prague. Very clean and quiet, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out. We walked to all places we planned to visit easily. We did really enjoy our stay for three days and nights. Thank you!

AC Not is working and is too hot!!!

We really enjoyed our week long stay in Prague but to be honest, that was mostly due to the location and walk ability of the hotel. The bed was comfy… A lot of the hotel is outdated; stained carpets in need of replacing are the most notable of the improvements needed. But like I said, the bed was comfortable and the a/c works ok. As an American I know we always like it cold but it works better than many others in Europe so we can put that in the win column. Breakfast buffet is basic but includes all the essentials: bread, meat, cheese, eggs, and coffee. Would I stay here again? Yeah, probably but solely because of the location. Would I recommend to my friends? Probably not.

Breakfast good rooms clean elevator could work better

The room had a good size but the smell of swage was so strong in the second hallway where we stayed . The carpet of the hallway was so dirty and old . The staff in the kitchen were needed to be trained for serving the breakfast in hygienic way. One morning , The lady put the breads in the basket with her own hands without gloves . Ahmed and Mostafa were very helpful . The hotel should not be given more than two stars ! The location was great and the breakfast was ok . But unfortunately we won’t choose it for the second time .

I booked this for my son and his friend while traveling abroad. The staff communicated so amazing with me before they arrived. They had their room ready at 8:30am after a very long flight. The guys said everything was really great including the room size and condition.

This hotel is right in the middle of Old Town. Every easy to walk around and find everything you need. It is close to the train station. Everything is walking distance. The breakfast was amazing lot of stuff to choose from. Room was very clean.
