Really enjoyed my stay. The room was super clean and was exactly what I needed.
Loved check in as it was easy and were really helpful with any questions I asked.
Also cool that it backs on to the Westfield Shopping Centre and only 20 mins with traffic to the Entertainment Centre.
Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable stay. Exceptionally clean, comfortable bed and everything you need for an overnight stay. Short walk to Chermside shopping centre.

We flew in hours early, the reception staff changed us rooms so we could get in immediately. They were so very friendly. Perfect location with shopping and eating close by. Unit was very clean and comfortable 😊

很好單獨出遊
Not a big deal but I’m not sure the bathroom was cleaned properly it appears to be scum build up on the shower door and grout lines and a used soap bar behind the basin.
The bed felt like I had something crawling all over me the first night and the 2nd night was fine I’m not sure if the bedding was changed or not. I didn’t mention anything as I doubt anything could’ve been done as the hotel was fully booked out.
I paid for the breakfast which I was looking forward to however was I let down! It’s literally some cereal packets and bread and a sad looking coffee machine. Definitely not worth paying that extra to have the breakfast. Go to the shopping centre and get a decent coffee and bite to eat as you have to go back to your room to eat the breakfast!!
The staff are friendly and helpful otherwise.
Would I stay again probably not.
