Excellent breakfast. Staff knowledgeable and helpful.

Convenient to quay and town center. Events over the weekend and pub opposite were extremely noisy till 330 am over the weekend. Nice breakfast buffet selection and can schedule packed breakfast to take to the airport for early flights.

My family got sick and wasn’t able to attend this trip. Given an opportunity twice the hotel declined to refund us. We stayed at multiple scandic hotels during our 2 weeks in Norway-with staff on strike it makes people feel weird staying there-breakfast varies from very minimal at some locations and robust at others. I prefer consistency, kindness, and not making people feel awkward for crossing picket lines. We could have come and spread sickness but stayed away to be considerate, would have appreciated consideration in return.

Our excursion was cancelled and so we tried to cancel our stay and the hitel refused. Very poor customer service.

It was an amazing experience! The hotel is at the heart of the Tromsø.Have your breakfast at hotel, it is so much worth it!

Nice view of the harbor from our room and was close to shopping. Hot water ran out when I took a shower before bed and then when my husband took a shower in the morning, the water was hard to control - either too hot or cold.
