Bathroom toilet dirty
Sofa in room stained and looked badly used
Drapes had holes in them
Side table on right side of bed had coffee stain under the phone.
Only good thing was that the bed was comfortable.

Very nice hotel, the staff are terrific, very helpful and friendly. The bistro is also excellent. Our rating really applies to the pool and spa area. The roof seems to have a leak, for some time now. Plaster/drywall is falling down next to the hot tub leaving a gaping hole in the ceiling and a mess on the floor.

Relatively clean but had a mild smell of cooking food. Specifically Indian food. Which while delicious is a bit off putting in a hotel.
Things were run down and slightly dusty.
My aircon didn't work but that was resolved pretty quickly.

This hotel needs a serious update. Everything is broken, dirty, and worn out. Even the parking lot looked like it hadn’t been maintained in 50 years with huge pot holes and loose gravel.
The layout of the hotel is good, but it is very run down.
