Clean room and great breakfast. Staff always helpful and professional.

Upon arrival we were met with loud music what seemed like a soul weekender. There was forewarning regarding this and our room was not ready. We had a child of 8 with us so it was a bit unfair on him. The bathroom had no fascia on the shower temp control and there was mould on the ceiling. The tissue box had no tissues in during our two night stay. The mini fridge was not stocked upon arrival . When I asked if I could see the room before I was paid I was told they needed a managers consent which was finally given. I was also told that if I didn’t like the loud music I could leave and not check in. The restaurant staff was amazing and they looked after us very well

Large priority. Plenty of parking. Nice amenities. Breakfast expensive for what it is .

Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working which made room too hot and stuffy so I didn’t get a good nights sleep but everything else was fine

Good room and great shower. Breakfast was great and meal in restaurant nice

Robes not in room, coke and crisp missing from room fridge area

The exhaust in bathroom was completely blocked and had bad smell. Welcome with spider in the room.

Lovely hotel. Nice communal area and restaurant.

The room was very clean and was tidied after our first night. We were disappointed with the food in the restaurant
