Lancaster House is a fantastic place for a stop off heading down the motorway. The staff were able to accommodate us even although there was a large group being welcomed. Our room was first class with much appreciated air conditioning on a sweltering day. Our meal was excellent and staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs within a very nice environment.

The hotel, food and staff were all excellent- i was however slightly erked at having to pay £12 parking because I had booked through Hotels .com

We had a great time staying at Lancaster House Hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable; there was plenty of space for us to spread our belongings around. The drinks table was a nice touch with delicious biscuits and plenty of water, which was topped up on our second day.
The shower was excellent, and we really liked the toiletries.
Breakfasts were very good, with a great selection of hot and cold food. My only quibble was that the ham for the eggs Benedict was from a ham roll rather than freshly cut off the bone. Other than that, everything was very good.
